Nurse Diane Ayling’s reputation in the industry piqued Novellus Aesthetics interest, and during an educational conference we attended in 2024 – and the few glasses of Prosecco that followed – Dr Steven insisted that we put Diane on our books asap.

Diane encapsulates Novellus’ values by promoting natural looking results that are still impactful and boost confidence.

With her well established clinic Beautoxicology in March, Cambridgeshire, Diane began expanding her business into Tynemouth, back in 2023 at the insistence of her 2 beautiful daughters (who reside in Newcastle) and their gaggle of friends. In the last 3 years, Diane has supported multiple clinicians in the North East with her extensive knowledge and caring approach to training.

With 13 years experience in ophthalmology and oculoplastics, what Diane doesn’t know about specialist botulinum treatments isn’t worthing knowing. In 2014, she took the plunge and began offering medical aesthetics treatments, including injectables and skin health treatments, outside of her NHS offerings. Her areas of interest are curated toxin treatments, impactful full face rejuvenation for more mature patients, and taking a global approach to treatments – treating every layer from skin to bone & encouraging patients to support their treatments with at home care.

French filler brand Vivacy identified Diane’s skill back in 2022, and quickly sought her out to join their industry renowned faculty – which she accepted and has enjoyed up-skilling clinicians all over the UK. Under Dr Steven’s guidance, Diane has began to support Novellus Training with tailored mentoring days and masterclass offerings.

Outside of work you’ll find Diane on the A1, helping her husband renovate her children’s homes, or at a beachside pub with big fat Maggie (her dog!).
